Careful Packaging
All dolls are carefully packed in a compact, sturdy, and moisture-proof box with no indication that it contains a doll. Please note that customs officers may open the package for inspection and apply import taxes for overseas customers.
Free Shipping
We offer free and discreet shipping services primarily to North America, Europe, and Asia. However, due to import laws and regulations, we do not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Africa, UAE, Singapore, Japan, Brazil, or Mexico.
Shipping Information
Typically, 98% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in California, USA, and delivery takes 2-5 business days. We also offer next-day delivery services. All orders come with 100% confidentiality, are tax-free, and shipping is free. We provide FedEx (or UPS) pickup services.
Important Notes:
- We can ship our realistic dolls to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska for an additional shipping fee of $550 per doll.
- Due to high costs for ocean or rail shipping to Europe, we can only cover part of the shipping fees, and European customers are required to pay $99 for shipping from our factory to Europe. We appreciate your understanding and support.
- If you choose express shipping, the shipping cost will be $399 per doll. For multiple dolls, you will need to pay $399 for each doll’s shipping.
- Note: If you purchase multiple dolls and only pay for one $399 express shipping fee, we will ship one doll via express. The remaining dolls will be shipped via standard shipping methods.
Pickup Service
We also support pickup services at FedEx or UPS locations for buyers who prefer to collect their packages. To ensure smooth service, please follow these guidelines:
- Track Your Package:
Due to the large volume of orders we process daily, we cannot manually notify customers when their package arrives. However, FedEx or UPS will automatically notify you when your package is ready for pickup. Please monitor your tracking status and arrange for pickup accordingly. - Leave a Note on Your Order:
If you require pickup service, please leave a note during checkout or email us with your local FedEx/UPS address. We will handle the rest. - Pickup Within 3 Days:
You are required to pick up your package within 3 days of its arrival at the FedEx/UPS location. If the package is returned due to failure to pick it up, any incurred charges will be the responsibility of the customer. - Address for Pickup:
Please make sure to leave the correct pickup address. If no note is provided, we will choose the shipping method. If the package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any return fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit:
- Canceled Orders:
If you cancel an order due to a returned package, you are responsible for the shipping and return costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. - Re-shipment:
If you wish to have the package re-shipped after return, you are responsible for the shipping, return costs, and a 20% restocking fee.
Customs Fees and Duties
For shipments to North America, the UK, and EU countries, customs duties are typically included in the shipping cost. Therefore, you will not need to pay extra for customs fees in most cases.
For shipments to Mexico, Canada, or other non-EU European countries, customers may need to assist with customs clearance and pay customs duties. We will do our best to help minimize any extra costs.
Shipping and Delivery Time
- For in-stock dolls, shipping usually takes 2-6 business days, but this can vary.
- For custom dolls, production typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Once production is completed, we will confirm the shipping details with you via email.
- Sea or Rail Shipping: Typically takes about 30 days to reach the USA and 45 days to Europe.
- Air Shipping: Usually takes 5-8 days to reach the USA after dispatch.
Package Tracking
Your package will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Once shipped, we will email you the tracking number. Please ensure that you provide us with accurate contact information.
Our goal is to ship all products as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll. However, please note that even if your doll is pre-configured, it may take some time to complete your order.
